How routines are built
Hypertrain picks exercises from a curated library based on your experience, target muscle group, available equipment, and goal. Set/rep schemes scale with your chosen intensity: strength uses heavier 5×5, hypertrophy uses 3–4×8–12, and cardio uses time-based intervals.
The optional AI Remix button rebuilds your routine using AI for variety — same inputs, fresh ideas.
Tutorial videos
Every exercise has a “Tutorial” link that opens a YouTube search for proper form. Always watch a tutorial before attempting a movement that's new to you.
Safety
- Always perform the warm-up — it's built in for a reason.
- Pick a weight that lets you finish all reps with good form.
- Stop immediately if you feel sharp pain.
- Consult a doctor before starting a new program if you have any health concerns.
